I am not a professional photographer but more of an enthusiast who, after 30 years in the military and a life-changing injury while being a private security contractor overseas, decided to pursue my passion for photography. Photography and my injury have allowed me to slow down and gain a perspective on life. 

Photography, much like life, is a journey. My own journey began after high school when I took a bicycle tour of Europe with the American Youth Hostel and borrowed my mother’s Zeiss Ikon camera. Fast forward many years, and I am now starting to rediscover the type of photography that truly resonates with me. 

At this point, I am particularly drawn to the solace that Mother Earth generously provides. Over the years, I have found peace in the grandeur of the outdoors, the tranquility of the mountains, and the ethereal beauty of breathtaking landscapes. These serene scenes have always brought me peace of mind. By sharing these moments through my photography, I hope to take you along on this journey with me, where you too can discover the joy and tranquility that our planet offers.
