Canyonlands National Park in Utah is an expansive area consisting of three distinct regions. Unfortunately, I missed the opportunity to photograph the sunrise at Mesa Arch because there were too many people standing right in the archway. Instead, I found this photo not far away, just as the sun was breaking the horizon.
